These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Accounts.
When creating an account or signing up with us, ensure you provide us accurate and complete information at all times.
Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
Ensure you safeguard your password when accessing this website.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by serptoday.
Serptoday has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. Acceptable use
Under any circumstances or conditions should you misuse this website.
You will not transmit or distribute a virus, Trojan, worm, logic bomb or any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene; hack into any aspect of the website; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other users; infringe upon the rights of any other person’s proprietary rights; or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through this Website. Breaching this provision would constitute a criminal offense and www.serptoday.com will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them.
Termination
We have the right to suspend you from accessing our website if you breach our terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Stopping use of the Service does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel future renewals using the steps below, and contact support if you want your account data deleted.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Subscriptions, billing, cancellation and refunds

Free and paid plans
The Free Forever plan includes 10 tracked keywords without a payment card. It does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. Paid plan prices, capacities and included allowances are shown on the pricing page and during checkout. Enterprise terms are agreed individually.
Payment and automatic renewal
Standard paid subscriptions are billed monthly in USD through PayPal. Review the selected plan, recurring amount and payment terms before approving checkout. Paid access starts after payment is confirmed. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled; closing the browser, logging out, removing keywords, archiving a project or stopping use of the site does not cancel renewal.
How to cancel renewal
Open Settings, find your billing details and choose Cancel subscription. You can also manage the SerpToday automatic payment in your PayPal account. Complete cancellation before the next renewal is processed and check for confirmation. For a normally paid subscription, cancellation stops future renewals while paid access continues until the end of the current paid period shown in your account. Your saved projects, rankings and reports are kept; cancellation is not an account-data deletion request. Contact [email protected] if you cannot cancel or need account deletion.
Changing plans
Upgrades require approval of the quoted prorated price difference for the remaining billing period. Usage already consumed in that period is preserved. Downgrades take effect at the next paid renewal. Review the amount, effective date and new limits shown in the plan-change confirmation before approving. A plan change is separate from a refund request.
Usage and service limits
Plan allowances are shared across projects in your account. Manual-check allowances reset daily at midnight Cairo time; paid AI Analysis allowances apply per billing cycle. Viewing a saved AI report does not consume a new analysis. Automatic daily checks depend on successful processing and provider availability; an exact completion time or a particular Google ranking is not guaranteed. Failed or reversed payments may affect paid access, as reflected in your billing status.
Refund requests
If you are not satisfied with the service and there is a compelling reason, SerpToday will refund the remaining days of the paid subscription, in accordance with our existing refund policy. A request is reviewed by support; cancelling renewal does not automatically issue a refund.
To request a refund, email [email protected] from your registered email address. Include your PayPal transaction or subscription reference and explain the reason for your request. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details. Support will confirm the decision, the applicable amount and any effect on paid access. Payment-provider processing times may vary.
To stop future charges, cancel the subscription separately as described below. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights or payment-provider dispute rights that apply to you.
